Question: Does Taking Glutamine And Creatine Concurrently Cause A Decrease In Synthesis?
|
Does taking glutamine and creatine concurrently cause a decrease in synthesis as opposed to ingesting them separately throughout the day?

A decrease in synthesis will occur because both products will try to occupy the same muscle cells at the same time and only one will win out. Separate the glutamine from the creatine by an hour and a half and you should see maximum benefits.
