Consumer Review: Since I Started Using Glutamine, I Feel Like I Am Growing Quicker.
I am currently supplementing creatine, glutamine, and androstenedione. I use glutamine first thing in the morning because I was told that it increase GH release in the body. I use the creatine pre and post workout. I take the Andro 30 minutes before I workout.
I am on my first 6 week cycle and I am wondering if I should increase the dosage of glutamine? If so, when and how ? I have read that taking glutamine with creatine can reduce the effects. Is this true?
Please let me know because since I've started using glutamine I definitely feel like I'm growing a lot quicker.
Thanks

Taking them both at the same time or at different times will yield the same result--no results at all. The reason you are growing is because you are working out. Don't waste your money. If you need a placebo then take a cheaper supplement like a Flintstones vitamin.

The 1st response you got was right "kinda". Yes, you make gains by working out. But a little help with the right supplements can't hurt. I take Glutamine, Creatine, Dhea, Amino, mega vitamins plus extra C and E. I Eat right, drink plenty of pure water and sleep 7 hours every night. I work out 4 days per week with weights, 2 days cardio and I have made steady gains. But when I started taking Glutamine and Creatine, my gains came faster. I don't take andro. I'm not sure it works or that it's safe. But I know many that do. They say andro spray works best. DO what's best for you. Read and check out anything before taking it. LIFT BIG. WORK HARD. LIVE WELL.

It's said that taking glutamine will help improve the effects of creatine and as far as taking more glutamine, it all depends on how much you're taking. The suggested daily intake is 4-7 grams a day. As far as andro goes, I think that if you take it right it can help with your strength and muscle gains, but if you experience side effects such as a shortened temper I would say stop taking it and if you continue then you sure take a estrogen blocker such as chrysin.
Response #4
Response #1 seems to be good advice as far as the training regime employed. But I always say know exactly what your taking and the proper amounts. Glutamine plays many roles and will definitely improve your immune system, your gut integrity and muscular development, by way of being the most abundant amino acid in the body.
