Hey, if you want to never get sick, think more clearly, and feel better about your day -- try what I did -- take 5-10 GRAMS (1 or 2 teaspoons) of L-Glutamine everyday. This stuff is tremendous -- especially if you are an 'over trainer.'
It's cheap too...about $30/for a 45-60 day supply! Load up!
