Glutamine

Consumer Review: Glutamine Has Drastically Reduced My Recovery Time After Working Out With Only Minor Side Effects.
Glutamine is definitely something that works. Personally, I've had great experience with it and I feel obliged to re-affirm its purported benefits to all.

Benefits I experienced:
- Very fast recovery rate from heavy training, twice as fast if not more.
- Fights off illness like an antibiotic, each and every time.
- Higher energy levels.
- Retains mass like no other legit stuff!
- For some reason, it also appears to soothe joint aches. Why? Can someone in the know please explain?

Side effects I experienced:
- Mouth and throat becomes very dry.
- Difficulty sleeping at night (this is not the symptom of overtraining).

All in all, glutamine is highly recommended. I figured that the best way to take it is to take 5-10 grams in morning on an empty stomach, 5 grams before or after training, 10 grams before sleeping. Please consume more water before you sleep. Otherwise, sleeplessness tends to happen.
