Any information on GNC Timed Release Ultra Mega Gold? What is it .. what is it for .. any side effects .. etc.?

This product is essentially a multivitamin that the GNC Labs manufacture. It has 38 vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and is timed released to supposedly be totally absorbed by the body. Ideally a vitamin should break down in stomach acid in 30 minutes or less to be aqueous and totally absorbed by the small intestine. It comes in an easy to swallow coating, and they have different forms of the vitamin. Along with Ultra Mega Gold, they have Ultra Mega and Ultra Mega 2. Each one has a different composition of vitamins, but all serve basically the same purpose. This is a vitamin, it is used as a supplement along with eating, and has no side effects, unless you are allergic to a certain mineral. It can be compared to Centrum and all other One-A-Days, except this vitamin has much higher concentrations of the individual minerals for those people who are working out and using it.
