| Consumer Review: HMB Helped Me Gain Strength Without Increasing My Body Weight. |
I have taken HMB in the past (both the EAS and TwinLab brands), and I experienced excellent results with both brands. My strength went up and my body weight stayed virtually the same--exactly the results I was looking for.
I have 2 other friends who have also taken HMB, and their results were almost identical to the results I achieved.
