Consumer Review: Hydroxycut Is The Best Supplement I Have Used In 15 Years Of Weight Lifting, But There Is One Problem.
I've been taking Hydroxycut for 11 days now. I just upped my dosage today to 3 x 3. I can't seem to fall asleep. It's seems to be causing a slight feeling of nervousness. I think I will try taking 3 in the morning, 3 around noon and then only 2 by 5:00 p.m. On the bright side though, I've lost approximately 6 lbs of body fat and I broke a personal record in the gym tonight. I went from 208 lbs to 202 in 11 days, and up until tonight had never bench pressed 315 lbs for more than 14 reps for one set. Tonight I blasted 2 sets of 315 for 15 reps and another for 13 reps.

This is actually the first time I've ever tried a supplement in the past 15 years of lifting, but I did read all of the reviews on this site before going for it. It's the first time in 15 years of power lifting that I've ever increased strength dramatically while losing weight. I truly believe this supplement really works, however I will not for 1 second jeopardize my health just to be more lean and powerful. So, if the drop in dosage doesn't cure this insomnia, I will be putting this stuff in the trash. My advice before taking this supplement: Know your body and pay close attention to the way you feel after starting this stuff. Read all you can and, if possible, talk to a doctor before starting. Everyone wants to look and feel better, but don't risk your health for it.
