| I am an extremely obese woman who has tried nearly everything on the market to lose weight. Unfortunately, my weight has kept creeping up. Hydroxycut is the only product I have ever found to help control my weight. I have been on it for about a month, at the very lowest dosage (3 pills a day) and have lost more than 25 pounds. I don't feel hungry, I don't feel tired, and I have finally discovered the will to exercise. I have read all the postings on this board, and--although some people have had a bad experience--I hope it will not discourage others from using this product in much lower dosages than are recommended on the bottle.
One of my dear friends has lost more than 125 pounds on this product and has kept it off for over a year. He no longer uses it because it's not necessary anymore. He's already lost all the weight he wants to. He said he didn't really have a hard time maintaining his weight loss since he had firmly engrained good habits from the time he took the product. He still exercises everyday and can't say enough good things about Hydroxycut. In addition, his doctor says he is in excellent health and had no adverse side effects from the product whatsoever. (He only took about 6 pills a day, which is half of the recommended maximum.)
I agree with others who have posted their messages on this board. Hydroxycut doesn't work for everyone, and it works much better if used in very low dosages. It can be selectively used too...i.e. during your "tough" time of day, when you normally snack, take a pill. Don't take pills during your easy time of day.
