Consumer Review: To Get The Most Out Of Hydroxycut, Read These 5 Tips.
I started Hydroxycut with the four capsules, three times a day dosage, and I expected the jitters and such accompanied with thermogenics. I'd have to say that Hydroxycut definitely causes less jitters than Ripped Fuel (although you only have to take two of those). There are a few important issues people need to understand about thermogenics:

1) They will usually cause jitters and 'nervousness'. Thermogenics are artificially enhancing your metabolism. Of course you will feel 'funny.' Usually the jitters are accompanied by excess energy as well. So there are trade-offs. Personally, I can handle the jitters for the extra energy and appetite reduction.

2) Thermogenics are diuretics. You will need to drink plenty of water, more than the normal 8-10 cups. More like 10-12 cups. And for people who exercise intensely 4-6 days a week, 12-14 cups.

3) Thermogenics are best when coupled with intense cardio exercise. While taking Hydroxycut, try an intense regimen of cardio exercises. In the weight room, try lifting lighter weights faster with more reps. Something like 20-30 reps at a fairly fast cadence. Also, decrease the rest time between sets.

4) Go in phases. Call this your cutting phase. Supplement with the Hydroxycut and perform intense cardio exercises for 4-6 weeks. Then start a "bulking" phase. The thermogenic effects of Hydroxycut can diminish over time as your body becomes accustomed to it. Phasing will also make sure you don't become addicted to Hydroxycut (yes it can happen).

5) Don't combine Hydroxycut with Creatine. Creatine is a cell volumizer (it adds water) and Hydroxycut is a thermogenic (it removes water and enhances metabolism). Again, use Creatine in another phase of exercise.
