| I just thought I'd add my initial review of hydroxycut. I am trying to lose between 10-15 pounds, but I would happily lose more. Since starting 9 days ago, I've lost roughly 3 lbs. Not what I wanted, but it's welcome. I am currently 15-16% body fat, so I'm not really surprised I haven't lost more.
I started my first week under the recommended beginner dose, just to see what happened. I felt no accelerated heartbeat, no sweats, no jitteriness. In fact, I felt the same as before. My sleep pattern is still the same, and after I take the stuff, I still feel tired and groggy if I got up early that day. For the last two days, I've been on the recommended beginner dose, and have seen no change (I am drinking A LOT of water, which may explain why my appetite is down). I also am eating breakfast regularly for the first time since elementary school. I also work out (strength training) four to five days a week.
I'll update this next week (I hope). But I am thankful I haven't seen the horror stories come true in my case (but I am being careful).
