Of course I know all about how diets only starve your body and, in turn, force you to store more calories. I could give a two hour lecture about what I know are good living habits and what are not! The thing that you should know is that your daily eating and living habits have to change and remain changed in order for you to have any success in maintaining a healthy life. The supplements did curb my appetite, but it also seemed that I had more energy and that I was voluntarily reaching for the apple instead of the apple pie. I would like to say that supplements are not for anyone...but hydroxycut has done wonders for me. I have lost inches upon inches and have kept it off, only to feel more energized and happy knowing that my lifestyle has changed for the better.

I am sure there are many skeptics out there. I would only like to offer my experiences and my condolences, because wishing for your life to take a change isn't going to get you to your goals any faster.
