Consumer Review: I'm Using Hydroxycut To Lose The Flab I Got When I Quit Playing High School Football.
|
| I started taking hydroxycut 3 weeks ago, the first day I took it I took two capsules before each meal, I didn't feel anything at first, but the next night I couldn't get to sleep, and the next day I was so hyper I was constantly moving and I didn't realize that I was doing it till my friend started laughing at me.
Now I take 4 capsules before each meal and I don't really seem to be hyper any more. It does give me more energy though. I'm 16, I started taking it because I took a year off of football and got kinda flabby. I've lost 8 pounds and I eat all the time. As long as I have an egg or something with protein in it, it doesn't really do anything for my lifting yet, but it does give me more energy when lifting and when I run I don't get out of breathe. It seems to make it a lot easier to breathe.

Be careful! Hydroxycut is made for people over the age of 18. The ingredients may be dangerous to you. I'd ask a doctor about using this product, especially whereas you are only 16. Good luck!

I'm 14 and I really do have big muscles. I'm starting to take andro fuel, but am not sure about it yet. I've taken fat burners and saw a difference in a week or so. When I was taking hydroxycut, I couldn't sleep a couple of nights because that's just what it did to me...but I think it is a good product.

| I'm in the same boat. After playing 4 years of HS football, I got out of shape once I got to collage. Started taking hydroxycut and I'm starting to see results after 3 weeks. You just got to pace yourself and see what your tolerance is. I've found mine to be 3 before breakfast, 2 for lunch, and 3 for dinner. Mind you, I take my dinner one at about 5 or 5:30, going to bed at about 10 or so. So I really don't have any problems sleeping. Drink a lot of water too. This way, you don't get any cramps. Most of my work outs happen around 6pm too, so I guess I just wear my self out and sleep is a welcome relief.
But this is just for me. You should find what works best for you by reading how your body reacts to the stuff. If you're not sure, ask a doctor. It's the safest bet. My doctor helped me pick the dosage amount even then he recommended that I go off it after awhile so my body won't get used to it. I'm using hydroxycut just as a jump starter, nothing more because I think the 1 hour a day in the gym might have something to do with it too. Good luck and be careful.
