Question: Can Hydroxycut Cause Spots On Your Face?
Do you know if a side effect of hydroxycut is spots on the face? I have been taking it for 1 month now and exercising a lot and eating normally (mediterranean diet, I'm from Spain). I would like to know if it is hydroxycut that gave me those spots. Also, do I have to drink more than a liter of water a day now? Is hydroxycut bad for the liver?

I don't know about the spots; however, if you are trying to lose weight/fat you should be drinking at least a gallon of water a day especially when taking hydroxycut.

I have been taking hydroxycut for a while now and after about 3 weeks of use, I noticed red blotchy spots around my neck and face area. After the 4th week of use, I noticed that I went to the bathroom a great deal more than I had, my bladder was functioning overtime. I believe that what happened was that it somehow took more moisture out of my skin and I have now started using a good moisturizer after bathing on my face and neck area. The red spots are gone. I don't know exactly what you have on your face, whether it is what I had or not or if it is pimples. Hopes this helps.

Take some Potassium if you're taking Hydroxycut. It will dry you out eventually if you don't drink enough water with it.
