Consumer Review: A Mega Green Drink Containing Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley, And Wheat Grasses Made Me Dizzy For Hours.
I've tried a mega green drink a few times (with spirulina, chlorella, barley , and wheat grasses). Each time I became unbearably dizzy for hours. Is this a typical allergic reaction or what?

I was researching spirulina, as it is in a supplement I was going to take, but I was concerned if it would cause dizziness. I have Meneires disease which causes dizziness (severe vertigo), so certain supplements have this effect on me. I am curious as well to see if it is an allergic reaction.
