I would like to receive some information on Body Fortress's "Mega Ripped" if that is ok. I would like to read more about it before taking the pills.

There is no basic difference between Body Fortress and TwinLab on this product. The main difference is price. Body is cheaper, with the same ingredients. If you suffer from exercise induced asthma or some type of breathing difficulty, this will help in your workout because of the Ma Huang. It helps dilate the lungs to give and get more air. I usually work out around 5pm or so, and the caffeine extract gives me a pump up to get my cardio going. Chromium is chromium, it depends how your body reacts to it or amounts of it. I only take this kind of supplements for the workout, no more no less.
