Metabolife and Ripped Fuel both have appetite suppressing capabilities. Both contain Guarana and Ma Huang, which provide an increase in energy. However, Ripped Fuel burns the fat, while retaining lean muscle. Also, Ripped Fuel contains ephedrine, which can render damaging results if used in excess.

Metabolife and Ripped Fuel have the same main three ingredients MaHuang Extract [Ephedra], Guarana Extract [Caffeine], and Chromium. The difference is the support herbs in the Metabolife.Those herbs, however, only constitute a small percentage of the total product. In my opinion, Ripped Fuel will work as well as Metabolife and cost considerable less.

I have taken both Ripped Fuel and Metabolife and found that, of the two, Ripped Fuel works better. However, my gynecologist has told me that Metabolife renders birth control ineffective. If Ripped Fuel and Metabolife are so similar, Ripped Fuel might do the same.
