Consumer Review: Metabolife Helped Me Lose 30 Pounds, But It Is Giving Me Terrible Stomach Problems.

I have lost 30 lbs. on Metabolife, but I have had terrible stomach problems. I have recently discovered that my 2 sisters have suffered the same side effects. Has any one else experienced similar problems? Does anyone know what causes this?

I have also recently been experiencing stomach problems that began at the same time I started taking Metabolife. I started taking Metabolife for energy, and only used a half a pill a day. But I started to notice nausea and stomach problems as well. I don't know if it's just coincidence, but needless to say, I quit using it. I now don't feel the nausea or stomach irritation.

I am also taking Metabolife, and the only time I have ever felt nauseated was when I didn't eat anything after I took it. It is important to eat when you take Metabolife or it will make you feel sick. Could this be your problem?

The only time I had stomach problems was when I did eat directly after taking my dosage. The bottle clearly states to you should take it an hour before you eat.
