Consumer Review: Metabolife Has Helped Me Lose Weight, But It's Causing Problems With My Bowel Movements.
I have lost 36 pounds since starting Metabolife 356 10 months ago. I have had very been very regular in the mornings but very loose bowel movements. Anyone else have this experience?

I've had this happen to me too. Once I started drinking more water, it went away. I think it was just my body's shock to taking the pill.
