Metabolife is a good over-the-counter diet aid. I took it for awhile, but had been taking a prescription diet pill (phentermine) and ended up going back on Metabolife because it was stronger and helped my appetite better. Remember, with every drug, even over-the-counter medications, there are side effects. If you know that before you take, well, the choice is yours!
