Question: Is It Safe For A 16 Year Old To Take Metabolift?
Im 16 and I just started taking Metabolift today. Am I to young to be on this? Ad if so ,what am I doing to my body whether it be bad or good?

Well, the back of the bottle clearly states, first sentence of the WARNING. And I quote, "Not for use by individuals under the age of 18..." So, even if it's just some kind of legal notice so they aren't responsible for anything that would happen to a minor, you really shouldn't be on ANYTHING until you read the ENTIRE label, including the warning which includes side effects and sometimes drug interactions.

I'm 16 too and I'm actually online at like 5 in the morning because I can't sleep at all. I was searching on askjeeves.com for ideas to make me go to sleep (like warm milk or something), and I figured I was just really stressed. But then after I completed my search, a website came on talking about how metabolift can give you insomnia, and though I'm happy that I know what's wrong with me, I just wish I could sleep! I also intake a lot of caffeine.
When I first started taking metabolift, I had really bad side effects, my heart would race and I would always feel faint. That's because I had been taking Dexatrim at the same time for like a week, until I noticed on the labels that you can't use them together. Now I only take Metabolift and I haven't been losing weight yet, but I'm extremely energetic and I can't sleep at all. On this site, I've been getting ideas to help make the side effects go away (no caffeine and lots of water). You should stop taking it if your side effects get bad, I just hope mine wear off!
