Consumer Review: I Lost 12 Pounds In A Week While Taking Metabolift.
Metabolift is fantastic. I have been on it a week and I lost 12 pounds and am bursting with energy. I paid only $10.50 for 120 tablets. It is so much cheaper than Metabolife.

Congratulations on your 12 pound weight loss in one week; however, in addition to taking Metabolift, what else did you do? What did you eat for that week? Did you exercise? Tell me more, I am taking Metabolift now and did not experience any weight loss the first week nor the second week. Thanks.

I have been on metabolift for one week now. I have lost about 5lbs. I didn't realize that metabolift would keep me from eating. Is this supposed to happen? I make sure and eat 3 meals a day. I have normal food and whatever I want. For instance, for breakfast today I had one piece of toast (plain), 2 eggs, and a glass of orange juice. I really don't get hungry between meals. I sometimes have to make myself eat lunch. I was told to drink lots of water with my metabolift and to get exercise. This helps the pills to work, and I think helps you not to have the side effects. I was sick yesterday and laid around most of the day. It was the first time I had trouble falling asleep. I think it was from no activity all day. Also, be sure not to drink coffee or soda or have anything with caffeine in it. I feel like I am losing inches already.
