Consumer Review: Metabolift Worked Great For Me After I Adjusted My Dosage.
I have been taking Metabolift for about 2 weeks now and I have to say that this stuff really works. I originally started to take it for energy, but I've lost a couple of pounds as well. In the beginning I took the recommended dose which is 2 caps before a meal. This didn't work for me. I couldn't sleep and I felt jittery but very alert and energized. So I recommend taking one in morning then another in early afternoon like 2pm until your body gets used to it. Then you could start taking two before meals. For those of you who take Metabolife, switch over to lift. It's much cheaper and works the same. Believe me I've tried Metabolife as well.
