| I have to admit, I have been taking MSM for a week now and it has really did wonders for my sinuses. I only take a pill when I feel like my sinuses are about to give me problems. A friend had told me about it because I had been to the doctor four times in the last two years for my sinuses. They prescribed me Allegra-D, which stopped working for me after about six months.
Just recently, I started taking MSM and I have been able to breathe freely in the day and at night when I sleep. I also told a friend about MSM. She had been having really bad headaches, and she told me she has not had any headaches since she has been taking it. She did notice over the weekend, when she left her MSM pills at work, that she had headaches again. I have to speak for myself, that I am a true believer that MSM really works.
