My husband started taking MSM (2000mg per day) 6 weeks ago. He had a bursitis-type condition in his shoulder. Within 24 hours he was able to raise his arm over his head, which prior to taking the MSM he could not do...couldn't even raise it out to his side level with his shoulder. After spending a day painting eves on the house, his shoulder ached. He took another 2000mg and within about 2 hours he was feeling fine again.
