| Consumer Review: I Have Used Myoplex, Creatine, Ripped Fuel, Ephedrine-Caffeine-Aspirin Stack, And Whey Protein. |
If you are on a limited budget, number one on your priority list should be meal replacements (I use Myoplex Strawberry which I think tastes better that Met-Rx). You will get all of the vitamins and minerals you need as well as glutamine, whey protein, etc.. Next should be creatine from a reputable company such as Twinlab, Muscletech, EAS, etc.. I gained 11 pounds in 2 weeks when I started 3 years ago. With the exception of approximately 6 two week breaks, I have been using creatine continuously with no noticeable side effects (5 grams per day). The best fat burner in my opinion is Ripped Fuel from Twinlab. I went from 13.5% body fat to 9.2% in 2 months (I was eating well and working out), but the combination of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin (which I added) is proven to burn fat even in individuals who do not work out. Finally, whey protein is something good to have because if you are trying to do the 1 gram of protein for every pound thing a good protein powder is extremely helpful. Also, I am purchasing Celltech from Muscletech and was curious if anyone out there has tried that product?

I used Celltech for about one and a half months. I saw no positive gains (i.e. muscle mass), just experienced bloating and severe gas. My girlfriend made me quit taking it because she couldn't stand to be around me!

I also tried cell tech and am still on it. I have noticed slight weight gain (2 pounds), and just slight gains in the weight room. I have also been on ripped fuel with it and have dropped a significant amount of fat. I don't know what's doing the job but I'm gonna stick with both for now.

I have also tried Celltech, and it worked wonders. I was around 142-145 when I started taking it. By the time I was done, I was 157-160. I had a lot more energy, but I really had to piss badly about 10 minutes after I took my drink. That's basically the only bad thing I can think of. It tasted amazing too!

| Hi, my name is Kirk. For 7 weeks, I have been on cell tech. This is the second time I've been taking it. Now, what I did was get a weight gainer and took it with cell tech, and it works damn well. For the past 3-4 years my weight remained at 150-155. When I started taking the cell tech with the weight gainer I went up to 165. I took a break for a month, then started again and I went up to 175-180. It wasn't all muscle. I did get fat, but not that much. The good thing about it is that I got bigger. Three weeks ago, I started to clean up with losing the weight. I'm on hydroxycut, low carbs, soy protein, multivitamin, lots of water, and most important of all, exercise and weight training.
Oh and I forgot, and this is important too, I'm taking L-glutamine to stop the muscle from decreasing in size after getting off the cell tech, which is creatine. It is know to everybody that when you stop taking creatine (cell tech) the muscle will lose strength and size. Yes it's true, but you can stop it with L-glutamine and any type of protein drink and regular eating. Just make sure you have 1 gram of protein for every pound you have. I have now given myself a two week break and it's time to shock the body again with the advanced creatine cell tech. Once my body gets used to it again, I will give it another break. The reason why is also because you don't want creatine to build up in your kidneys, causing major problems. Two weeks or more is the right amount of time to let it flush out of your system. Then, try it again if you want to.
I am handicapped in my left arm. Life for me was tough, but if you read and learn about your body, you know how to take care of it. That's the best advice I can give you on building your body. With all the stuff I have taken, I have had no side effects. The reason why is because of knowledge.
