Consumer Review: I Have Been Taking Androstene For Around 4 Months Pretty Much Nonstop. Today, I Noticed Lumpiness And Tenderness In Both Sides Of My Chest Near The Nipple.
I would like to know if you or any one you know has noticed any tenderness or swelling around the nipple area from extended use of androstene or related products. I have been taking this supplement for around 4 months pretty much nonstop. Just today, I noticed lumpiness and tenderness in both sides of my chest near the nipple. I was told to try chrysin, an estrogen blocker for a couple of weeks before seeing a doctor. What do you think?

Response #1
My first choice would be to stop using the androstene for 2-4 weeks to see if the swelling and tenderness subside. While reports have been mixed, androstene should be cycled in a pattern similar to steroids. 4 weeks on, 1 week off, etc. Also, what type of androstene product are you using. The newer products, 19-norandrostenediol and 5-androstenediol are as potent or even more potent than the original androstene and adrostenedione products with fewer if any side effects.

As for chrysin, I'm not that familiar with that product, but I believe that it is an estrogen blocker and that it would be most effective when used as a preventive measure as opposed to treating an existing condition. So while this could help, I would discontinue use of the andro to see if the condition goes away. If the condition does subside and you begin using andro again, use chrysin in conjunction to help prevent the problem.

The reason your getting those effects is because you took that supplement non stop for 4 months! What are you doing? Your suppose to cycle that kind of supplement so those kind of side effects won't happen.

After reading several of your reports I came across one which was complaining about swelling and tenderness of the nipple after taking androstenedione. I have been taking creatine for the past two years now and do not take androstenedione. Since androstenedione increases testosterone levels, I do not believe that the product causes "bitch tits". About a year ago I developed this problem without taking androstenedione. I am currently look for a solution to this problem without messing with hormone producing/blocking supplements.

I have swelled inverted nipples from using andro. Will they shrink back to normal size if I get off andro for a few months or am I going to need surgery?

Response #5
The reason why this is happening to you people is because you don't know how to use andro. What you do is take this supplement once before every workout. If you people do that, those side affects wont happen. Plus you're supposed to use this kind of supplement only once.

What I'm saying is when you buy this product in the store, you're only supposed to take the 60 capsules once! You don't keep buying it. You only buy it once to move up to the next supplement! I've done that and nothing has happened. Listen to this people, you take supplements in steps. One more thing, andro is a set up supplement OK guys?

In most cases it goes away on its own, in time. Pray to God and have faith. Also, see a doctor if it hasn't gone away in about 6 - 12 months. But gyno happens in adolescent males too. It's more common then you may think. In about 50% to a degree.

I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use any other "supplement" again though. I tried 19-nor for a while and got nothing but acne, mood swings (I smashed a car window with a rock), and slight gyno in the right side only. I saw a doctor about everything and I am better now (thank god). But I learned the best and only way to do it is natural. Also, creatine sucks. STOP TAKING ALL THE ANDROS NOW!!

God Bless,
Marcus

OK here's the deal with gyno. Those of you on supplements like Nor 19 and andro, especially Nor 19, watch it! You can get gyno from the use of these. Usually in the form of a hard cyst under the nipples. OK, it will go away in time. It's just from the excess estrogen in your system, but it could take 6 months. Remember puberty guys, same deal and it went away right? But, people do yourself a favor and cycle off the stuff so your testes resume normal function. Even though they are not real steroids, side effects will occur. If you want to do it in high doses, use an anti estrogen along with it like Nolvadex.

Response #8
#7 isn't really too accurate. Nor-Andro compounds are turned into nor-testosterone in the body which doesn't easily aromatize. If you are getting gyno, it's not from the Nor Compounds. High levels of Andro, especially 5-Andro WILL be converted to straight testosterone, which will aromatize and increase estrogen levels. Taking long cycles, especially when not taking an anti estrogen (preferable Nolvadex) or even legal chrysin or Di Indolin is not very smart. Along with gyno you can also develop excess body hair, or baldness from too much DHT in the system. The body will grow accustomed to the foreign source of test and a "crash" will result. Taking Terris T. may help the crash by helping jump start the testes with L.H., but its almost inevitable. Take that, an anti-est., quit the Andro, and hope for the best.

I have used Chrysin for the past 7-8 months and it should help your condition very much. I don't do andro or any other supplements. I would still have similar side effects due to high testosterone levels. You can have high test levels without andro supplements too...like during periods of stress, between girlfriends **wink** etc.

I have been taking Chrysin whenever I anticipate a testosterone surge and it works very well. My hormonal levels are more stable, no acne, no grease on face, better overall health and muscular development, etc.

Look man: dig this. AVOID the "5" versions of Andro and Norandro. The Diols have much lower estrogen conversion rates and much higher testosterone rates. Gyno can also show up as excessive fatty tissue around the breasts: either Teslac, Nolvadex, site injections of HgH or a helluva a lot of cardio should help (or so I'm told).
