Androstenedione

Question: Can You Tell Me Anything About 19-Norandrostenedione?
My boyfriend is about to take 19-Norandrostenedione which is much like andro.. Can you tell me anything about it? I tried the FDA, but couldn't get through. Pro's and con's would be great.

Question expanded by another reader.
I recently stumbled upon norandrostene. I asked around and all I got were positive attitudes towards this product. I would like to know if there are any side effects and would I have long term effects if I decide to use it during my workouts?

It is theorized that these norandro- supplements whether dione or diol are converted to nandrolone the same way androstene-'s are converted to testosterone. I tend to believe that this is true that is why they results in a positive urinalysis for these compounds. Although, the urinalysis is only screening for steroid metabolites in the urine not the existence of steroid compounds in the blood stream.

This means that these compounds could be metabolizing directly into the same end product as the steroid nandrolone, instead of first nandrolone and then the final metabolite that the urine is being tested for. But assuming that it does first convert to nandrolone and then the final metabolite, my question is what is the difference between nandrolone and nandrolone decanoate? This decanoate could make all the difference in the world! Why did the big pharmaceutical companies decide decanoate was the way to go? Perhaps this effects the solubility or the half-life of this compound in the bloodstream. With or without it may have a dramatic effect on this compounds metabolic fate.

Nandrolone, without a doubt, does have anabolic properties with approx. 1/3 less the androgenic activity of testosterone, this is according to the Merck Pharmaceutical Index. However, it is administered in the form of the decanoate salt, not freebase nandrolone. Therefore there has to be a difference. I want to know what that difference is?

19-norandrostenedione and 19-norandrostenediol are probably two of the best prohormones on the market. The side effects that most guys are worried about, I.E. "bitch tits," do not occur much with these products. The chances of getting this side effect is virtually nil compared to regular andro. I have been using both of them in a stack (50 mg of each once a day before workouts) and I have gained 10 pounds in a month and a half. People have different results with them though. I just happen to be one of the lucky ones who can pack on muscle VERY easily. Give it a try.

Also, I tried andro before and didn't get sh-- out of it.
