This stuff does not work! I used it with Anotesten and got nothing but oily skin and a bad temper I never previously had. It was valuable in that I know know to lift natural, and lift hard. The best supplement to take is intensity!

The results you receive from any supplement depend on what you feed your body. If you feed yourself oily foods, you will have oily skin. You must take the time to write down what you are eating. Maybe your problems are mostly from that.

The oily skin and acne is 100% right. This stuff is complete junk. The only thing it did was give me a slight strength increase, but it was probably all mental. I noticed a burning feeling while trying to urinate. As far as I am concerned Muscletech really sucks!
