| I was at a bit of a sticking point in my training and thought I'd try some Nortesten, one of Muscletech's newest anabolic formulas. I am near the end of my 112 cap bottle (4 weeks supply) and have gained 2kg (4.4 pounds) of lean mass in that time. Strength increase has been substantial, e.g. 5kg on bench, 5kg on barbell-curls, leg-press 40kg.
Unfortunately, I seem to be one of the few who did not respond to Cell-Tech, for whatever reason. In the past, Creatine has proven most effective for me, with gains of 5kg in the first month of use. After a six-month break from Creatine, I thought I'd give Cell-Tech a go.......0.5kg of lean mass in 8 weeks of use. I questioned my diet, training methods, sleep and anything else you could think of, but they all seemed to check out. E.g. six evenly spaced meals, consisting of high protein, moderate to high carbs and low to moderate fat, per day. I also started to drink almost double the water I would normally. My training was solid, with training on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and I changed my routines every 4-6 weeks to avoid staleness and hit muscles differently.
If anyone can offer reasons behind this mystery I would appreciate it. I am thinking that the more I use Creatine the less effective it will become, however Cell-Tech is a much more potent formula than standard Creatine, so it doesn't make sense that I was a "non-responder".
PS: If anyone has used the new "Acetabolan 2" I would like to hear how it went.

| It seems that you have tried more than one or two things. I have used cell tech and only cell tech and I have noticed almost immediate positive effects. You are doing the right thing with the water. The possible explanations are that you may not be dosing right... after not using it for a while, you need to load for no more than five days, I recommend at least four. Then you must maintain that daily whether you work out or not. My best guess is that you are taking something else. Slow down on the other supplement. You have probably maxed out on it anyhow.
Never take too much of any creatine product for your body can only absorb so much, which I feel is less than the recommended dosage. The rest becomes expensive urine. Also, if you do not wish to slow down with your other supplements, then take them at different times. For example... I use hydroxycut an hour before a workout, and never use cell tech within 3 hours of that time. Therefore I usually have to workout for at least 2 hours, to wear off the ingredients of the hydroxycut and then I take my Cell tech after the workout. And I am still within the recommended instruction or dosage.
