Question: Is It Safe To Mix Phosphagen HP and Prescription Anti-Depressants?
I have been taking the prescribed anti-depressant Zoloft for 7 months and have recently started using Creatine in the form of phosphagen HP which works really well. I have also started taking Betagen. Does anyone have any comments or ideas about mixing anti-depressants and these supplements?

I have been doing the same while taking the prescription PAXIL. I have noticed good gains and and no negative side effects. According to my doctor it should be OK. I am guessing the ZOLOFT is an SRI.
