Paxil

Consumer Review: Paxil Has More Mind Altering Power Than LSD In My Experience. Exercise And Nutrition Are Better Antidepressants.
I had taken Paxil years ago when I was suffering with depression. Paxil is a very powerful, mind altering drug which should be used with a lot of caution if at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A 20mg tab of Paxil is, in my opinion, more mind altering than taking a hit of LSD. I know from experience.

If you are prescribed Paxil, I would start with about 1/5 of a tablet and work your way up to the prescribed dose. I found that I could feel the effects of the drug at very low doses. Your mileage may very, but I don't think it is worth the side effects of taking the full recommended dosage if less works for you. In the end, I found that diet and exercise was the best antidepressant for me. I now feel fine, and attribute that to a good diet and exercise. Paxil or similar drugs may be the initial push you need to get out and start exercising to heal yourself, but I would quit them as soon as your exercise program helps you feel yourself again. I also experienced the lack of sexual libido problem with Paxil.

On final note, I think it is important to add that like with any very powerful mind altering drug, it is also possible that the drug will make you more depressed. If you take it, you should start with a low dose and monitor how you feel on the drug. (It may take a week for you to notice effects I have heard. I felt the effects immediately.) Be careful. Good luck!
