I take plaquenil for lupus and had been on it for two years and then my doctor put me on the methotrexate shot which didn't work. Now I am back on the plaquenil and I keep getting yeast infections. I no longer take any other medications at this time. I am very sensitive to medications--if it was one out of ten--I would be that one.
