Question: Has Anyone Heard Of A Supplement Called "Sparks" That Can Be Used Instead Of Ritalin?

I was told there is a supplement to use called "SPARKS" that works better than Ritalin. I cannot find any info anywhere. Thanks for your help.

Spark is a nutritional drink made by Advocare. It is a drink that gives you a heightened sense of well-being as well as a lot of energy without any jitters. I like it pretty well. Now I don't know anything about using it to replace Ritalin, but if you run into it, give it a try. I know a few people who sell Advocare products.
