Serzone

Consumer Review: Serzone Worked Great For Me After I Cut Caffeine And Coffee Out Of My Diet.
I am now on serzone. I have several problems like PTSD, disassociative disorder, depression, blah blah blah. I haven't had any hair loss. For the first two days, I slept. First, half the day, then just half the morning. When I increase the dose as prescribed, I do the same thing. Groggy in the morning, then more energetic during the day. I seem a little less withdrawn and anxious. I have more energy, but not jittery.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! I HAVE STOPPED ALL CAFFEINE! I have been drinking coffee all my life...well, 15 years, and I had terrible chest fluttering, nervousness, irritability with caffeine. I even went to get my blood pressure checked one day, but it was normal. I have been on serzone for 3 weeks now. Once I quit the coffee/caffeine, everything was fine. I find I don't need, want, or miss the caffeine...unbelievable. Another cool thing -- weight management. I am not overweight, but am female, so I always assume there is an extra 5 pounds on me somewhere. Not anymore. My appetite is suppressed. I will keep an eye on that though. I can see if I had anorexia or something that this could be a problem. I feel better. It's supposed to help with nightmares, there's no real decrease in amount of dreams, though, and the nightmares are intermittent. Overall, my sleep pattern is somewhat erratic with some sleeplessness, except for the first two days of a new dose increase. Good luck everyone.

Thank you for all of your helpful input. I just began taking Serzone yesterday, and am feeling somewhat detached and foggy. I'm glad to hear that, for you at any rate, the sleepiness subsides. I was becoming a bit anxious at the prospect of having to go to work tomorrow and not really being able to function. Your account has left me a great deal more optimistic.

Just a side note...I've had wild nightmares for as long as I can remember. But, if I don't eat food after 6:00pm, I don't dream much at all. And certainly no nightmares. Give that a try.
