Question: What Is The Best Training Regimen For An 8 Week Cycle Of Sustanon 250?
|
I am currently 6 feet, 180 pounds and am on my second week of sustanon 250. My body fat is between 7 - 8% and have been following a 1 day on 1 day off 3-day split prior to administering the sustanon. What would be the reccommendation for someone of my height and weight for the following:
- Diet
(I've been getting between 250 - 300 grams of protein, 400 carbs and 50 - 70 grams of fat prior to taking sust)
- Training
(Again - 1 day on / 1 day off 3-day split. Started each with one of the big 3 [deads, bench, squat]. Keep the same with heavier weights or increase training days?)
- Aches
(Aside from some soreness in the injection spot, I've noticed a couple of immediate joint pains [knee, wrist, elbow] about 2 days after the injection which I've never had a problem with before hand. Is this normal?)

You gotta believe that you can do it! You're taking too much protein, don't be stupid. Eat everything! Only 180lbs.......WEAK!!!!! BE A MAN, WORK OUT MORE!
