Consumer Review: Here Is My Experience With A 6 Week Cycle of Deca.

| I just got off a mild 6 week cycle of deca. I am fairly happy with the results. I gained 8 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks, my max on bench has gone up a good 40lbs, I added about 3/4ths of an inch around my arms. It did cut out on a lot of the body fat. I did very low doses though. I never went higher than 350mg.
It really didn't cause any noticeable side effects. I just had an increased appetite. I did, however, sweat a little more than usual. It does give you VERY frequent erections (I'm not trying to be funny, it really does!) and a little bit of trouble getting to sleep sometimes. Other than that, if you do it safely you shouldn't have any problems. I also drank a LOT of water while I was on it and cut out drinking alcohol. I have been off of it for about two weeks now and have managed to keep my gains. I recommend it as long as you don't ABUSE the stuff.

Hey great, there is someone out there with brains. Remember people, be smart and you will see that the only danger is ignorance. I tried them too once and did the same--very mildly--and I did just fine. If you abuse anything it is not good. Natural is better, but if you want to try steroids, get informed and use 'em wisely!

You have just answered my question that I was going to ask on this list. I wanted to do exactly the same thing. I am a bit under weight and I wanted to put on was about 15 to 20 pounds of lean muscle mass and do a 6 weeks cycle of Deca-Durabolin. I know nothing about steroids and don't want to use any more than I need, as I know the term "Use and Not Abuse." I already have a proper eating plan and weight program and the whole jazz. I wanted to get lots of supplements to help me, but to my dismay they cost an arm and leg here in South Africa (especially if they are imported). For 1 tenth of the price I could get Deca-Durabolin. Now with the extra money, I can get new clothes for my new body and a few more supplements.
