Consumer Review: I Gained Tons Of Fat When I Took Steroids Without Working Out.
Hi, I decided to use steroids about 2 years ago. I stopped working out and didn't really follow through with my plan. Since I stopped working out, I have gained so much weight, but, not muscle weight, fat! I have gained 40 lbs of fat because I didn't not follow my plan. I need to know how I can lose this extra fat. I don't eat a lot. Will exercise lose the weight for me? Please help!

For starters, you are lying. You are obviously not an experienced lifter. Otherwise, you would not ask such a silly question. Just say you are fat and want to lose weight. Since I don't know your exact weight, I'll just do this for you. Get your weight, multiply it by 7.5, and that's how many calories you should eat. Second, don't eat carbs at all unless they are in minimal amounts. No sugar, salt, oil, fat, (get the idea?). Stick to eating a 5 egg white omelet (you can leave 1 egg yolk) for breakfast, maybe a turkey breast and 1 cup of veggies for lunch, and eat a larger dinner such as 6 oz of steak with 2 cups of veggies. Don't drink diet sodas more than 1 can per day. Stay away from diet products containing citric acid. Drink TONS of water all day long.

The first few days you will feel groggy, then you will get over it. You wont starve, you wont die, don't be a baby. Do cardio 3 times per week (minimum) for at LEAST 45 minutes per session. Doing less does not do nearly as much. It takes a long duration of exercise to burn fat. I can guarantee you if you stick to this plan you will lose weight in a healthy way and be happy with yourself. Make sure though that you DO NOT go under your caloric intake too much. Exactly 8X your body weight (EX. 200lbs X 8 = 1600 calories) and do not go above either. Stay at 1600 exactly if you can. Don't eat late at night. If you cant sleep because you're hungry, eat 15 saltine crackers with a cup of skim milk and you will be fine. If it's sugar you need, drink a diet soda. DO IT DUDE.

What do you think is going to happen if you're on steroids and you don't work out!? You WILL gain weight, and if you don't lift, you gain fat. F-A-T. Here's some advice--know what you're getting into before you get into it.
