I just started Phentermine a week and a half ago and lost five pounds in the first week. I used Xenical only after meals that contained what I deemed as fatty foods. I have had no adverse reactions by using both supplements together. But, I have definitely experienced the worst of the side effects cited in the Xenical commercials, oily discharge. That has to be the most unpleasant side effect I have experienced with any drug. My doctor, not that I have much faith in him, said that he encourages the usage of both Xenical and Phentermine together. Xenical, I have found, when used alone really does not have much effect as far as weight loss.
