Zyban

Consumer Review: I Got Rashes And Painful Itching All Over My Body When I Mixed Zyban And Xenadrine.
I have been taking Zyban for the past two weeks (which is used to stop smoking). Last night I went out and got some Xenadrine. I took 2 tablets as recommended. This morning, I woke up with rashes all over my body and painful itching. I was wondering if the combination of these 2 drugs could cause a reaction. Have you heard of anything like this?

Response #1
This may not be from the supplement, this might well be from your dry skin. You take shower after you work out right? Well, that's causing the drying. I wouldn't combine them though.

Response #2
My boyfriend has had some itching as well and he is on Zyban. I believe that the Zyban causes an immune response to release histamines from the cells, which causes you to itch. Go off zyban, see your doctor and take an anti-histamine such as Claritin.
