Question: Is Designer Protein A Good Product?
|
| I would like to buy protein and creatine.I have heard about BV of the proteins and I found one brand having 177 BV, Designer protein is the name. Do you know a better quality protein brand? Also, is it better to use pure creatine monohydrate or should it be mixed with anything else for better absorption?
Thanks for your time,
Giannis

Anyone using Designer Protein should read the label. The new formula contains 43mg cholesterol per serving (a scoop is one serving). This is serious business. I don't have to tell you what the number one cause of death in the United States is.

Are you referring to designer WHEY protein or some other supplement? The newest 2 lb container that I just bought clearly states it has 17mg of cholesterol not 43 but I am referring to designer whey.
Thanks,

Designer Pro tastes like chalk. I found NHF Ultra Whey More (Protein) to be much more tastier with all the same benefits.

Actually, the strawberry designer protein mixed with milk taste like Quik strawberry milk, but chocolate and vanilla are crappy. Remember, the strawberry taste great!

| You should try Pro Performance (the GNC brand) 6 lb. It has 87 servings with 21 grams of protein. And I should add that it tastes incredible. Like hot chocolate actually. Except, not hot. Smooth and creamy (with milk) and a joy to take. And you can buy two of these 6 lb. containers on Super Tuesday for a grand total of $58! That's a ton of delicious protein. Someone please let me know if this is NOT the best whey protein option available.
PS - I'm not a salesman, just a satisfied devotee to the product.
