Question: What Is The Best Protein Shake To Use If One Is Allergic To Eggs?

| In your opinion, what is the best protein shake for me to use? I am allergic to eggs and cannot use most of the protein powders sold. I am a 47 year old female who weight lifts 3-5 days a week. Can you please help?

Shaklee makes two protein products. Both are completely free of any animal proteins. They are excellent as a protein source and are very bio-available.
