Consumer Review: Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Gave Me Great Muscle Gain At Half The Price Of Pro Performance.
I have been training for 2 1/2 years and recently hit a sticking point in my training. I had been looking for a good protein shake for a while, and I kept running into problems. With the high price of MetRx and Nitro Tech, I decided to just stick to basic whey protein. I tried Pro Performance Protein from GNC, but it foamed up too much in the blender and it tasted like garbage. Next, I tried Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein. The price for 5 lbs of this stuff is the same for about 2.5 pounds of the Pro Performance garbage. Each serving gives you 22g of protein, 1.5g of carbs and 1.5g of fat. I drink 2 a day, one before training and one immediately after. After just 2 weeks, I've added a inch to my chest and lost 1/2 inch from my waist. I've also noticed a lot more cuts around my arms and midsection. Definitely a good supplement to try.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein is Great Protein. They make a great meal replacement too (The Complete Protein Diet - 35 grams protein and extremely low carbs). Optimum Nutrition ECONO, THE ONLY WAY TO BUY. Why waste the money on the other brands? Buy more plates or spend the money on something you enjoy. Fools, the whole lot of them.
I have been using it for about a year and have seen the same results. Optimum Nutrition is a great company who stands by their products. Everything I have ever bought from them has been TOP SHELF STUFF!!
