Consumer Review: Ripped Fuel Gives Me Tons Of Energy For Working Out.
I'm 17 and Ripped Fuel works great for me. I never looked at the recommended dosages. I take two pills a half-hour before my work out, and it gives me energy. I haven't experienced any bad side effects except for shaking (creatine already did that to me) and I use the bathroom a lot more (which would be due to the Ma Huang, which is caffeine, and caffeine drains your body). It kind of sucks having to go to the bathroom during classes, but life goes on. It hasn't effected my concentration at all, and I still have a 4.5. Also, I still get a ton of energy although I take only two pills a day. I think it works great. Oh yeah, and I also weigh 170, and I have 3.25 percent body fat. If anyone can, can you tell me if it is making my body fat decrease? If it is, that would be very unhealthy for me because I'm already to lean. I just want to take it for building muscle and more energy, not to lose weight.
