Ripped Fuel

Consumer Review: Ripped Fuel Helped Me Lose 6 Pounds In A Month With No Side Effects.
OK, I've read a lot of the posts about Ripped Fuel, and let me just start by saying two things: 1) Ripped fuel can affect different people in different ways, therefore... 2) Do what you are comfortable with doing, even after reading all of these reviews. That being said, let me share my experiences.

When I graduated from college back in 1994, ephedrine was readily available in tablet form for around $30 for a bottle. Being young and naive and wanting to get in shape fast (to make up for the partying), I followed someone's advice and started taking ephedrine. I never exceeded the recommended dosage, but I did run into some problems. While I did feel like I had more energy, I sometimes found myself sitting at work in the afternoon, and out of nowhere, I would experience an irregular heartbeat. Not only did it make me feel a little woozy and uneasy, but it scared the hell out of me. I stopped taking ephedrine soon thereafter, and threw the rest out. I wound up getting into pretty good shape, but not without working out steadily four to five times a week.

Over the years (as happens with most of us), I put on a little more weight than I would like, so I decided after I recovered from knee surgery in January that I was going to get serious about losing some fat. It was early March before my therapist allowed me to do too much, and I started out just riding a stationary bike. On March 20th (two months post-op) I was finally allowed to run, something I hadn't done in quite some time. Getting back into cardio work, lifting weights, and eating more healthily caused me to drop 20lbs in about two months. However, the weightlifting side of things caused me to put back about 5 or 6 lbs, and the cardio work was getting a little mundane. A friend who works out religiously recommended I try Ripped Fuel because he had seen good results himself. I was fortunate to have had an EKG in April because I was born with a heart murmur, and I wanted to increase my life insurance through work. Anyway, the results came back fine, and I noticed the small concentration of ma huang, so decided to give it a try.

Since starting with the Ripped Fuel about a month ago, I've lost the 5 to 6 lbs I put back from lifting weights, but it was fat, not muscle weight that I lost. I have experienced no ill side-effects as I did with the straight ephedrine from years ago, and my workouts seem much better. I've never felt jittery or like I was bouncing off the walls. It just feels like, although I may be tired, I have more stamina and muscular endurance during my workouts. For me, I also really feel the thermogenic reaction. Even without doing cardio first, my weight workouts cause me to sweat a great deal, even when working out at 6:00 am in an often air conditioned gym. I have never exceeded the recommended dosage, and personally, I sleep like a baby. The difference may be that I usually try to run 2-3 miles each night in addition to my morning workouts. I think that also helps to negate the feelings that some who replied have had. Certainly, if you just take it on an empty stomach or don't work out regularly, you might experience some weird feelings.

My bottom line is this: I feel the Ripped Fuel has helped and will continue to help me to shed that extra weight which is often times hard to lose through healthy eating and exercising alone. I won't tell you yes try it, or no don't try it, but I will tell you not to listen to what people say, especially those who compare it to something as off the wall and detrimental as speed.

Do your research, think it over, talk to your doctor and do whatever you think is in your best interest.

Good Luck
CH
