Question: Should I Take Ripped Fuel Every Day?
|
| I just bought some ripped fuel, and I am confused. I don't workout everyday, but I do every other day. So, should I only take ripped fuel on the days I workout?

I'm not sure of the exact answer to this question. I have a friend who takes Ripped Fuel daily and works out 4 times per week. She has shown outstanding progress and has been taking the pills over the last five months with no side effects or problems. I figure as long as you are training "regularly" it is all right to take it daily as she does?

Answer #2

| I take Ripped Fuel every day, regardless of how much I workout! I currently workout 7 days a week, 5 weights 2 cardio. The thing to remember is this is a dietary supplement. So, the harder you workout the more results you will see!
Hope this helps!

Better if you don't. The type of ingredients found in ripped fuel will lose effectiveness over time with continual use. If you take ripped fuel on a daily basis, you will notice a reduction in its effectiveness over time. Your body will become accustomed to the caffeine and ephedra. Personally, I'm taking it daily now and I know I shouldn't. I used to take it on my workout days, which was every other day. Now I'm working out every day and the ripped fuel is losing effectiveness. Like any other drug, it begins to take more and more to reach the same effect. I recommend using it in moderation.
