Ripped Fuel

Question: Is Ripped Fuel Dangerous?
My friend uses Ripped Fuel. I have heard many reports that it is dangerous, and may cause serious heart problems. Do you have any information on this supplement, and it's side effects?

Answer #1
It depends. How are you using this? Are you using it as a fat burner with a combination of other products? (ie Caffeine and Aspirin) Almost everything available is safe depending on the dosage. These companies know what works and what doesn't. It just depends on what you do with it and how you use it that would make it dangerous. Use it as it says, then there should be no danger.

A few people have died from using this type of ephedrine based product in combination with other products causing serious problems. Surf the net for more info, it's out there. If your still not sure, investigate and read. Educate yourself!

Answer #2
I gained quite a lot of weight when I was pregnant, settling at around 216 pounds 8 weeks after I gave birth. I began an exercise/diet program with no supplements of any sort at that time and lost 12 pounds in 3 months. I'm sure this is average for the kind of weight loss that is permanent, but I was very discouraged. I had oral surgery and had to discontinue exercise for two weeks, and well, I never seemed to get motivated again.

A friend of mine recommended Ripped Fuel. I did a lot of research on the net before I decided to try it. I started taking this 6 weeks ago without exercising and have lost 14 pounds. I plan to start aerobics again and I hope this will help me to lose fat even faster. The side effects I had for the first 2 weeks (insomnia, dry mouth/excessive thirst, and hyperactivity) have calmed down over time and by finding a comfortable dosage and limiting other sources of caffeine in my diet. I don't understand why the label recommends 2 caps 3x per day which equals 120mg of ephedrine when it also states that the recommended dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult is no more than 100mg in a 24 hour period. I have never taken 6 per day. The comfortable amount of ephedrine for me is 60-80mg. If I take 100mg (which I've done only twice), I have slight chest pain and a "high" feeling, and also become agitated.

From the information I gathered on the net and from personal experience, I believe Ripped Fuel and other supplements which contain caffeine and ephedrine should be taken with extreme caution. I believe it is an effective weight loss combination, and I recommend it for people who can be smart with it. I recommend that anyone who tries this start at a very low dose to see how they handle it. I know that deaths have occurred while taking this combination (most often while taking other supplements in conjunction) and other serious side effects as well, including personality changes, for those who do not have a tolerance or those who abuse it.

I hope my personal experience helps anyone searching for information about Ripped Fuel or the ephedrine/caffeine combination.

Answer #3
In answer to the question on ripped fuel, we just discussed it in biochemistry and our professor indicted that one of the components (ephedra) has been implicated in several deaths and is on the verge of being banned because it is unsafe.

Answer #4
I am taking 3 pills of Ripped Fuel, 1 hour before workouts. Besides getting a little agitated, my eye sight in one of my eye's gets blurry. It almost looks like a dream effect in one eye (like in the movies). It's driving me crazy. Could this be a side effect of Ripped Fuel?

Answer #5
Yes, Ripped Fuel is dangerous. I used it correctly in the correct dosages, and believe me when I tell you, it's dangerous. I only used it for three days as instructed and I felt worse and worse everyday. The first day, I felt a slight stomach ache. So, I rested a day and didn't take any Ripped Fuel. The next time I felt nausea and more stomach ache. The third time I took Ripped Fuel, I got signs of anxiety and extreme nervousness.

Nothing else in my life caused this stress and I know it was the Ripped Fuel. I threw away the pills right away. Regardless of what Twinlab says, they are dangerous. After this happened to me I decided to do a little research myself. I read numerous articles about people dying. A lot of them didn't take caffeine or aspirin with Ripped Fuel. My advice is save your friend and get him off Ripped Fuel ASAP!

Answer #6
I was looking through your replies to others about Twin Lab's Ripped Fuel. I have an occasional irregular heart beat and have been seen by a cardiologist for it. He says it seems I'm just one of those people who it happens to. I feel no symptoms and do not suffer from any other health problems. I read that the Ma Huang free Ripped Fuel doesn't have the same side effects as the regular Ripped Fuel since it doesn't have the ephedrine. Is this true?

Also, I am taking L-glutamine and the stuff is great. I can go through heavy workouts and not feel the pain and soreness like before. I still feel the tight feeling of worked out muscles, but am not having to take the ibuprofin to calm the pain as before.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. My wife doesn't want me to drop dead of a heart attack. I am 36 and am about 30 lbs overweight, but carry a lot of muscle. If you could refer me to a web site with any information on Ripped Fuel, that would be great too.

Much thanks,
Jesus P

Answer #7
My boyfriend and I just started taking this. I take just one and get an anxious feeling about one hour later I am now very concerned after reading all of the responses regarding how safe it is. I would like more info on this supplement since my boyfriend takes it. He had side effects at first but seems to love them now and doesn't complain about any side effects. If anyone has anymore websites that would be helpful please respond.

Thanks,
CAT

Answer #8
I've been taking Ripped Fuel, Creatine, and Whey Protein for the last 8 weeks. My gains have been incredible. My body weight has soared from 170 to 200 pounds, and I've gone from 8 to 4 % body fat. I felt jittery the first time I took it, but since then I've had zero negative side effects. No violent mood swings, no heart pains, nothing. Maybe the effects are different on different people, so I'd say to start slow and to not exceed the recommended dosage. But definitely give this supplement a try. When you see the fat fall off your body day in and day out, you'll be convinced too.

Answer #9
I have been taking Ripped Fuel and I never had any of the side effects listed above. I think that the stuff is great and it gives me more energy in the weight room.

Answer #10
In response to ephedrine, Ripped Fuel is well below the maximum dosage for a healthy adult. No one should take over 100 mg of ephedrine in a 24 hour period. Two capsules of Ripped Fuel provides 20 mg, which taken 3 times equals 60 mg of ephedrine in a 24 hour period. That's not to say that 60 mg is too much for one given person. Everybody is different and has different levels of tolerance. I suggest that you start out taking two capsules a day and move up slowly to get an idea where your tolerance level is at. I have been taking Ripped Fuel for awhile now, and I never felt or demonstrated any mood changes or nervousness. In fact, it gives me more energy in the gym to finish my workout strong. I like the stuff and will recommend it to others to take at their own pace.

Answer #11
Ripped Ruel caused me to get really hyper and then really crash. I wanted to lose weight though so I kept taking it. Well, I got worse and worse...sometimes I could barely move because I was so tired. One day, I got real low, and I started shaking and stuff and almost threw up and passed out. I got rushed to the emergency room and the doctor told me that Ripped Fuel is just like taking speed.

Answer #12
I've taken Ripped Fuel twice before and lost 15 pounds each time over a period of about three months. The first time was about 6 years ago. The second time was about a year ago when my daughter was about 6 months old and I just couldn't lose the leftover weight without a little help. I just started taking it again. I know it works and I feel that it's safe as long as it's not abused.

I weigh about 150 pounds and I only take one pill a day. At first, I felt a little noxious and jittery. After a week or so, they had no effect except for the loss of appetite. It's important to follow the directions and to start out slow to see how your body will react.

Answer #13
I would like to put a little input into everyone's concerns. Is ripped fuel dangerous? It can be. Is it safe? it can be.

Makes no sense? Well, it's dangerous if you do not HONESTLY know your state of health and you may have some underlying cardiac arrhythmia or undiagnosed asthma/reactive airway. Ephedra (same as ephedrine) will constrict smooth muscle such as arteries (increasing blood pressure), airways (making it hard to breathe if you are sick, but helps if you are asthmatic), prostate (makes it hard to urinate, especially if yours is enlarged). Worst of all, ephedra and caffeine are stimulants and will speed up your metabolism (the whole point to the fat burning effects) and will speed up your heart as well. The aspirin is there to enhance the effects of both. That's how it's NOT safe. On the other hand, if you are an athlete who has had a recent physical including EKG and routine labs and it is all OK, then so will Ripped Fuel be.

All in all, it's really safe unless you don't know your state of health.

Answer #14
I do take Ripped Fuel and I have had no side effects. I think that you should test yourself with it and not get stuck on taking it. If you use it properly, it shouldn't be a problem. I take 1 capsule a day and 2 before workouts not too late at night either. As far as people dying from it, this is ridiculous. Those people probably abused it, and Ripped Fuel should not be blamed for it. Ripped Fuel has given me some great workouts, and after loosing 30 lbs I feel like a million bucks.

Answer #15
I have just started taking Ripped Fuel, and I am noticing awesome effects. I have more endurance, more energy, and my strength is increasing also. Like the others I hear though, the recommended dosage is far to high for any individual to take under any circumstances. I take about two a day and I do just fine with it. Persons taking it should take responsibility in the amount taken. Danger is a factor in taking this supplement, some people can have congenital heart defects and not even know it. So I recommend seeing a doctor before taking ripped fuel, or any potentially dangerous supplement.

Answer #16
I personally have never had any side effects to Ripped Fuel expect for weight loss. In two months, I lost 40 pounds. I took the maximum dose of six pills a day and combined with exercise and a good diet. And I feel great.

Answer #17
To all worrying over the ephedra in ripped fuel but who like the enhanced energy and other positive effects of it, I recommend taking the ma huang free version. I have been taking it for a while now and it provides the same positives as the other except I don't have to worry about the associated health problems.

Answer #18
I have been taking Ripped Fuel for over a year now, and it has helped me tremendously. I have lost 25 lbs. and kept it off. I have more muscle mass and I can eat anything I want to, with exercise of course. I think the only way it will help anyone is to exercise with the Ripped Fuel, that way all the extra energy it gives you is released and you will not get that anxious, nervous feeling. Too many people try to take this supplement with no exercise. That is not what it is meant for.

Answer #19
I have been taking Ripped Fuel for about 5 months now. I also agree that the recommended dosage is too high. I take two first thing in the morning and two before lunch. If I take them after lunch, I'll never sleep that night. I hear about a "jittery feeling" from some, but the only time I experience that is when I forget to eat. If I eat something, it goes away immediately. Otherwise, I have had great luck with shedding those last post-pregnancy pounds!

Answer #20
I take Ripped Fuel at work only. I take 2 pills when I start my shift. I have never been able to get so much done in 8 hours. Also, I have lost 8 pounds. You do not have to take the full dosage stated on the bottle. I would never sleep if I did.

Answer #21
I've been taking Ripped Fuel for about a week and a half now. I take the first two on an empty stomach when I wake up in the morning and then I take two with a meal at lunch and two with a meal at dinner. I have noticed that I feel drained when I come down and therefore have no trouble sleeping. I do feel "jittery" about 45 min after taking it, but no more than I feel when drinking a large cup of coffee. I have taken it in the past and would recommend only taking it cycles to prevent addiction as with any other supplement/energy pill. The last time I took it I followed the same schedule in taking it and didn't experience any weight loss but did have tighter and more defined muscles. I don't recommend taking it if you're not going to workout because it should only be used to compliment a good diet and workout regimen.

Answer #22
I'm a healthy, in-shape male, age 40, 170 pounds, 5'10". I have taken Ripped Fuel for several months. I usually take two tablets in the morning, before my cardio workout, and then one in the evening, before lifting weights. It has definitely helped me in my workouts. The only side effects I have noticed are that the "high" I feel seems to wear off after a while (if I take it several days in a row). In addition, I do feel a slight "crash" sometimes, but it has not gotten any worse, or better for that matter, over time. I have found Ripped Fuel to be safe and helpful for me. I am sure that it's effect differs from person to person.

Answer #23
I started taking Ripped Fuel about 1 year ago with the maximum recommended dosage. While taking it the first week I noticed the jittery or high sensation, however this subsided after approx. three weeks. I am a supporter of Ripped Fuel and lost 77 lbs. in four months. I know this sounds unhealthy, but I felt fine during the whole process. I followed a strict schedule by taking it three times a day at exactly the same time and never after 6:00 PM (had trouble sleeping if I did). Towards the end of the fourth month I did experience a bit of light headedness when standing up quickly or when bending down for extended periods of time, but that has been typical of me when I am on a diet. I feel better about myself and Ripped Fuel helped, however each person is different and should test their tolerance level before committing to using this product.

Answer #24
I just started taking it and I feel a little dizzy, but it gives me a lot of energy. It makes me want to work out harder and longer. I take half the dose so far. I've been taking it for 4 days and feel real oozy, but real hyper. I think people should use this, but be safe. Start off slow. I use it an hour before a work out and then it kicks in in time. But the myths I heard are that it brings down your bench press max. but takes all the fat off your arms.

Answer #25
Well, I am from Norway and have been using the ma huang-free ripped fuel for two years. Over here, ephedrine is considered a banned substance, so we can't buy the ma huang formula in the shops. I was quite satisfied with ripped fuel and I really lost weight, but then I tried it with ephedrine and that was really scary. Many people here say it's like speed. I wouldn't know, but it sure is a rush. Stick to the ma huang-free formula. It's not as effective, but not as scary.

Answer #26
Well, I've never taken Ripped Fuel, but I have used a similar ephedrine:caffeine:aspirin (24:200:300 mg) combination and I found it did a lot for me. For one thing, I'm asthmatic and I really found the combination worked wonders at keeping me breathing well during intense cardio. It gave me more energy, it made me want to do those extra two reps at the end, and I was burning more fat. I also found that I was quite jumpy for the first few days and I had trouble sleeping;. Both of these side effects went away quickly. The other thing is that my body started to get used to the ephedrine. One pretty good fitness site suggests only taking it for a few weeks and then going off it for a while, so that your body has time to recover and make it effective again. If I'd been taking the e/c/a for a month continually, I'm sure I would have had to up the dosage (I was taking three a day) to achieve the same effects, possibly to the point of making it dangerous.

Answer #27
I am 16 years old and I have taken ripped fuel for almost 1 month now. The bottle says take 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 2 at night. If you do this, then you won't sleep. So my advice is take 2 in the morning on off days, then on your weight lifting day, take 1 in the morning and 1 before your workout. Oh yeah, I have done this and seen good results. I have had no side effects whatsoever, except fat loss and more energy in the morning. So all I have to say is this product is nothing but good, and use it correctly.

Answer #28
Hi. My name is Chris and I am 17 years old. I have been taking Ripped Fuel for about 1 week now, and I have been feeling weird and good at the same time. My doctor told me that the Ephedra in Ripped Fuel isn't harmful if it is taken gradually and not the recommended dosage to start off with. He said that even if you don't feel like eating, you have to eat something because it can hurt you severely. He told me when I started taking them, that if I at any time I have a headache and a fever at the same time that I should stop taking it immediately and to go to the hospital. Or if you have tremors, even after you ate something, then you should stop because it is a side effect that gets much worse and could lead to death. Get checked up every 2 weeks while taking it. Take it responsibly.

Answer #29
If you ask me, ripped fuel is just a legal alternative to cocaine...just taken orally. That sh–– wires you up.

Answer #30
I am an exercise science/physiology major, and a regular user of Ripped Fuel. Having done extensive research on various ergogenic aids, I can say with confidence that Ripped Fuel, if used properly and if the warnings on the label are heeded, is a safe product.

Individuals have different levels of tolerance to different products, so some people can handle the effects and some can't. Everyone is different, as are their reactions to the use of different substances. Just because it may cause adverse reactions in one individual doesn't mean it will in another. The dosages should be based on what the individual can handle, but DO NOT exceed the recommended dosages.

It is also recommended that you cycle Ripped Fuel if you are looking for that quick "jolt" of energy. After time, the stimulants in Ripped Fuel wear down the body's receptors, making them tolerant to the effects of the stimulus. By cycling the product, this can be avoided. Two weeks on, two weeks off is sufficient. For fat burning, the product can be used continuously, however, I wouldn't recommend using it for longer than 5-6 weeks at a time.

Answer #31
What I see here is the people that are taking it correctly are losing weight and are happy with the results. Those that dislike the product are the ones that abuse it. It's just common sense: DON'T ABUSE IT.

I've taken ripped fuel ma huang free (2 an hour before my workout) and it worked great. In fact, the only thing I didn't like about it was the price, but I quickly found it was worth it. My dad also tells me xenadrine works quite well.

Answer #32
I'm 16, 170 lbs, 6'0" and I've been taking ripped fuel for like a week and a half now. For the first few days, I took 2 capsules before I worked out. After that, I began to take more. This stuff is great. I did a 5 hour workout the other day on 4 capsules of ripped fuel. I had the energy to keep working out and I never got tired. I only had to stop when my muscles started cramping. I've never felt so in shape in my life.

I suggest to drink a lot of water while working out with this stuff... it keeps you cooled down and it helps eliminate the possibility of stomach problems. I've never really had any though. Give it a try. If you witness bad side effects, then this isn't the supplement for you. If it works for you, take it, but be careful with it. This is a very powerful drug.

Answer #33
Yeah, I just took ripped fuel for the first time last week. I was going hog wild in the weight room. I only had eaten 300 calories the entire day, but I was lifting like I had eaten 6,000. My max in bench went from 315 to 335 in this workout alone by taking this stuff. It is unreal.

I know a buddy who ran 11.23 in the hundred meters without it, and the next week ran 10.89 with only taking one pill. If you exercise enough, you can sleep like a newborn that night.

Answer #34
I just started taking the stuff. I'm a 25 year old male. Not overweight at all, but am trying to loose the extra inch on the abs. I couldn't sleep the first night and I thought I was going to die. I took the recommended dosage and I felt heart pain. The next morning I had a varicose vein burst in my leg. The next day I stayed off of it, but due to my stubbornness continued. The third day, I only took four and was able to sleep, but woke up in the early morning for an hour. In the gym, on the third day my heart was racing uncontrollably after taking 2 before working out. I'm sort of scared. I think all of the above is correct. You just need to listen to your body. My body can't take more that 2 a day. I'll write back in a month if I'm still alive. Good luck.

Answer #35
As a cyclist, I started using Ripped Fuel coming into my peak-season form to get lean and race ready. I've found it to be a very dangerous drug. The side effects of the drugs in the pills are very bad and not recommended at all. I was sick in a week and was out for a couple days and so I stopped. Awhile later, I tried it again, and the exact same thing happened. As an endurance athlete, I find my metabolism goes much higher when I work out harder cardiovascularly. The only way for somebody to lose weight and keep it off is by training. Lately, I've been doing cross-training and it is a lot of fun. Make a game out of training and you'll stick with it. I also like to have gadgets to play with, like my heart rate monitor, my cycling and cadence computers on my bike, etc.

Answer #36
I have been taking ripped fuel for two months and I have seen great results, however I would not recommend you take the daily dose. Just start out very slow. DO NOT ABUSE THIS PRODUCT and it won't abuse you. You need to find the dose that works for you. I have two children and could not lose that extra weight. With the help of ripped fuel, I have been able to maintain a satisfactory weight. Not only that, I can keep up with my two boys.

Answer #37
I have been taking Ripped Fuel in cycles since January. It has helped so much with my energy level and appetite. I think the people who should be concerned about taking it are the ones that either don't follow directions or abuse it. It wouldn't be on the market if it hadn't proven safe. I think it's too bad that something that works this great is in danger of being pulled just because of stupid people who most likely abused it (I am sure there are some legitimate exceptions to this).

I mean, you could die from Dexitrim, No-Doze, or aspirin if you took too much, and I am sure someone, somewhere has done that too. We live in a society where people refuse to take responsibility for their actions. You've heard about the woman who didn't read the directions on her contraceptive jelly and spread it on toast and ate it, got pregnant and sued the pharmacy for not telling her how to use it - TRUE!!! If you read and follow directions, this stuff is great!

Answer #38
DO NOT READ ANY OTHER ANSWER OTHER THAN THIS ONE!!!

Ripped fuel has a herbal extract discovered in Japan named Ma Huang. This specific herb increases the heart-rate of the user. Any nervous feeling and sleeplessness are directly attributed to Ma Huang. It is also the reason an individual would receive any fat loss. As a result of increasing a person's heart-rate, their metabolism speeds up, which helps in fat burning. Ma Huang is also directly connected with hypertension in long time users.

Do not follow the recommended dosage on the bottle. If an individual is looking for fat loss, take two pills in the morning and two more right before your workout. Make sure not to take it after 6:00 PM, which will result in sleeplessness. Ripped fuel is meant to be taken with a steady workout schedule. Do not expect results without putting in the work.

ATTENTION ATHLETES: Ma Huang is banned by the NCAA and will show up in any drug tests given by the NCAA or universities, so remember to halt use one month prior to the beginning of a sport. Also remember to consult your physician before using any nutritional supplements.

Answer #39
OK, after reading all of this and knowing what I know about drugs, legal and otherwise, here is my 2 cents. I was offered the Ripped Fuel as an alternative to Meth over the weekend because I have decided to lay off the latter. I've seen it before, but never gave it much thought. I was trying to think of the name later and a friend listed off a bunch of others that I remembered seeing on an information site on GHB and other substances that are known for their workout-enhancing effects.

If you choose to use this, heed the warnings mentioned in the other messages so far and be careful. I did notice the jittery...well, "speedy" feeling when I took Ripped Fuel that was mentioned earlier. So, yes, it has some effects that are similar to speed, but one might feel those effects with any supplement that is meant to enhance a workout and/or lose weight. Based on this experience, my experience with other sources of energy, and the time I tried Metabolife (my friend offered it the day I helped her move because she discovered it gave her extra energy), I'd imagine one would get the shakes from anything that temporarily increases your metabolism and speeds yout heart rate up.

Since my goal was to simply stay awake versus enhance a workout, I'll stick with Red Bull or Ginseng supplements. But, all of the responses are right in that anything can be abused, some easier and faster than others if you don't know what you're doing. So, educate yourself and know what you're getting into.

Answer #40
I have taken Ripped Fuel for approximately 3 months now, and have tried both versions of it (with and without ephedra). I have never had trouble with the ma-huang version. I think those people that are having problems are (like the gentleman stated earlier) people who don't know their own health, and jump into taking something blindly. Then they go out and swear the stuff is fatal and harmful when, in actuality, they are creating the harm themselves! If you are nervous about taking it, bring it in to your doctor and they can give you the thumbs up/down depending upon your body.

In addition, don't just jump on the dosage suggested on the label. If I did that, I think I might feel like I were on speed as well! I have never taken that dosage! I take one in the morning right before I run, and it is great. It will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to kick in, so be prepared to take it one hour before your workout. My best advice is that if you take it slowly and experiment to find your own comfortable dosage. Ripped Fuel is an excellent product. It gets me motivated, moving, and once I have started working out, I feel like I can go forever, and I often do! I find myself dropping to do pushups without even thinking! So yes, you could be harmful to yourself if you are ignorantly taking the product. Be Smart and Safe!

Answer #41
It's a drug. All herbs are drugs. Cycle them. Do not continuously use them. I've used ECA stacks before they were even popular; laid off about a year and then on the next try, had an anxiety attack! Also, you gain more or most of the weight back unless you change your eating habits and lifestyle! Your body adapts itself, much like it does on coffee, to run at the speed ripped fuel and other products produce. It's just tht after using it awhile, you don't notice it until it's gone! We have this conception that knowing all the facts about herbs and drugs immunizes us from addiction...it doesn't.

I don't use ECA stacks anymore, and while my weight loss is less dramatic, I'm finding that the old mainstay is 100% safer and true. 75% of weight loss and muscle gain is in your diet, not in these products. They "supplement" for whatever nutrition you're lacking. The majority of people who have a healthy diet don't need them...just a multivitamin. Save your money, your nerves, your heart, and don't go for the quick fix, because that's what these are...quick fixes and won't last. I guarantee you will be amazed and regret every dime you spent on these and other supplements when you give yourself a chance to do things naturally and listen to your bodies. A great diet and regular aerobic and resistance training will make you every bit as great-looking as those magazine people and those that sell you these things. and the best part is...it was all you!

Nobody believes me when they see me now that my body has made it's most dramatic and muscular gains just by changing my diet...no powders, pills, sports drinks. And I don't care if they do or not! I laugh and think maybe I should go into supplement sales...that's what all these great-looking-bodied people do, and they don't pay for anything they take - if they take it at all! Now I know why they are always smiling and cheery! The quick fix suckers want to train hard, eat sparingly, take supplements that work fast, and then when they have the great body, eat fried chicken and drink beer once they get there! It keeps the supplement companies in business, and the worst news of all, the people on the bottle have no such goals or desire for any of that.

Change your diet, change your goals, train hard, and don't take any supplements...you'll be surprised. Those who've tried it and want more, face the reality: more gains and fat loss = more work, not more or better, faster-acting supplements. If they were truly permanent, there would be no market folks...just one pill and we'd all take it. After that, think about what are you going to do now? What's the next goal? Maintenance of that great body is minor compared to what it is you want to do once you get there. If it isn't to challenge yourself more in fitness or other pursuits, you are wasting your time as well as your money. You're well-muscled, flat waistline is on you already...it just needs the work to come to the surface. The supplements don't grow big biceps or get rid of the fat, your body does. The supplements "help." Let's be real then...how much "help" are you willing to pay for? In what dosage? And to what extreme? Steroids work, ladies and gentlemen. The supplement companies just thrive on making them "safer" for you by producing herbal facsimiles with less of the side effects of their fathers. Is that what you want? Safer steroids? If your answer is yes, then the GNC card was well worth the investment, and best of luck as you keep on making them (the investments).

Me, no more help, and nothing that even resembles or has (as often advertised) "STEROID-LIKE EFFECTS!" No thanks, this body, this temple I've built and continue to build is all me and nothing but. How about you? Do you really need the "help" and want "steroid-like effects"? How personal and meaningful are your bodies' mental and physical goals? If you answered yes to the above questions, the body of your dreams is as far away from your reach as your mind is by purchasing supplements like ripped fuel and the like.

Answer #42
I have been using products like Ripped Fuel and Xenadrine for the past 7 months, and I have never had one bad effect. I changed the way I ate and I started exercising more and more. Since then, I have dropped 65 lbs and gained a tremendous amount of strength. My suggestion is just try Ripped Fuel, and if you have any side effects at all discontinue use immediately. But if you don't have any side effects, then just watch the dosage and you should see great results.

It's interesting to read all of the different types of effects that Ripped Fuel has on people. I'm a competitive cyclist who has used this product for weight loss in the off-season. Each year I take a trip to somewhere very different than the last to reformat myself into better condition. This past season, I used Ripped Fuel for the first time.

While I had tried this product at work for motivational purposes, I had never really used it extensively on my bike. Naturally, I decided to break all the rules and take five caps, followed by three more a few hours later. My rides went well, but I did not experience anything scary. My heart was racing, but not to the point where I was worried. My stated dosage was continued for two more weeks and it was shockingly obvious that I had lost weight, and I can't wait to do it again this season.

Obviously, I've proved that everyone's different. My size and weight is not much different than most (6'1" 210lbs), but my body handles substances better than some. I do not plan on taking such high does the next time around. Reading these entries make me realize that I was lucky my head didn't explode.

Be smart. Ride longer.
