Consumer Review: Ripped Fuel Made Me So Dizzy And Nauseous That I Thought I Was Having A Heart Attack.
|
| I have been working out for about 2 months with no supplements, I started taking TwinLab's Amino Fuel and my flat bench went up from 185 to 220 in 2 weeks. Anyway, I decided to try the Ripped Fuel yesterday after much consideration, since I'm 16 years old. I took 2 pills when I got up at 11am, then I went swimming for a few hours. I took 2 more pills along with 2 amino pills and 1 tab of 800 milligram Tagamet (I have to take it, prescription). At the YMCA I was like a fiend ripping through all of my workouts.
It was about 30 minutes into the workout when I started to notice my stomach hurt and I was having trouble catching my breath. I stood up and was dizzy so I went out to the lobby to lay down. I thought I was having a heart attack or something. It was very scary. My arms also started to tingle and stuff. After about 15 minutes, I felt better but was still nauseous. I'm still not sure whether it was because of the high doses of caffeine or what. I would rather do without the caffeine since I only decided to take Ripped Fuel to help burn off excess body fat and not as a strength gainer/workout supplement.
