| I spent some time reading the responses and questions on this site and I have to say that most of the people seem very foolish. First of all, when you introduce anything new into your body, you will have some form of adjustment. In terms of ripped fuel, everyone who had a comment bought the product for a reason. But you have to be smart when you try ANYTHING new. The smart consumer would have read what the product contained and how it could and would affect your body (books, internet, etc). If it is recommended that you take HALF of the recommended dose for the first week and let your body adjust, that is what you do. If you felt "high" after only 2 pills, then your common sense would tell you that "that was enough for the day." The bottle clearly states to consult your physician before changing your diet...did anyone?
I read how this product gave people everything from the runs to a "borderline" heart attack. But did anyone do anything that the bottle advised in the warning? Of course not. Not everyone can take this product, including me. But it did not take 5 pills for a week to know. I knew the first morning when I took 1 pill before breakfast. See how easily sleepless nights and "heart attacks" can be avoided? Common sense.
The last thing was the person who wrote that, "The bottle states not to take more that 100 mg of ephidrine in a 24 hour period, but yet it is recommended to take 2 pills, 3 times daily. That is 120mg of ephedrine!" What this intelligent consumer didn't have enough COMMON SENSE to realize is that 2 pills is one serving. 20mg per serving equals 60mg of ephedrine a day.
All I am saying is that you have to use your brain when you put anything into your body. It is nobody else's fault if you have sleepless nights or anything else due to something that YOU made a the decision to put in your body. If you had enough sense to write your letter and post it, then you should have enough sense to look up ANYTHING that you want to add to your diet. Shame on you if you don't.
