| I just started Ripped Fuel two days ago. As soon as I took it, I felt nervous and like something was wrong. I started out on only 1 pill, when it suggests 6 a day. I kept thinking it was gonna kill me and stuff after reading what everyone has said about this product. But I thought that I owed it to myself to try it for what I bought it for.
So the day after I got it, I took 1 pill and 45 minutes later was at the weight room. I am 17 years old, 135lbs (can't gain weight if I try, and can't lose it for wrestling either), and had a 1 rep bench max of 160lbs the day before I started. So while on ripped fuel, I did a workout of the following: 8 reps 140lbs, 6 reps 150lbs, 4 reps 160lbs, 3 reps 160 lbs, 2 reps 170lbs, 1 rep 180 lbs, 4 reps 150lbs. I never dreamed that ripped fuel would do this for me. I hoped that it would give me a little energy boost for shorter recovery time between sets.
I feel that ripped fuel does make me a little paranoid, like I keep thinking It's gonna kill me, so I check my pulse, and lots of other stuff. But I think this may be common, or at least to some people. Also, it made me lose my appetite, so I had to remind myself to eat. Well, this is my two cents.
