Consumer Review: I'm Quitting Ripped Fuel After Reading What The FDA Says About Ephedrine.
I bought a bottle of Ripped Fuel 3 days ago and have used a total of 7 pills. During my first two times working out with Ripped Fuel, I experienced increased energy, but I was dizzy afterwards. A friend of mine mentioned that he did not recommend using Ripped Fuel and that one big thing is that it would increase your heart rate considerably. After my regular cardio workout, I counted a 192bpm heart rate, which is way higher than it should be. I decided to do some searching and find out some more about Ma Huang and ephedrine and came up with some alarming results straight from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). For all of you that are foolish to dismiss reviews by some, maybe you will listen to the FDA.
One note: Before I get insulted by many, let me note that I am 19, which is above the 18 year old recommendation, I don't apply to ANY of the warnings on the label, I have NEVER used the whole recommended dosage, I take it at the right times, I don't drink while using it and have avoided other sources of caffeine altogether. So NOBODY should criticize me for misuse. I have only experienced some of the side effects and am currently alright, but after finding this information, I am going to discontinue use immediately. This article contains TRUE reports of death and even mentions recommendations to get all OTC drugs containing any sort of ephedrine or ephedra taken off the market. I hope some of you listen to this.
